So, I'm bummed… didnt pass AUD – was hoping to stay on the trend of passing the sections first try and completing all 4 parts this year. AUD is the final section I need. Thankfully, I still have time before my first exam even begins to expire.

Anyways, I read that there is a Candidate Performance Report… where do I get this? I dont see it on the CPA Central/NASBA dashboard. Do only certain states issue this? Does it come by email? I feel like my weak area may have been in my SIMS and the topic of disclosures.

    REG: 2/26/2014 Pass
    BEC: 5/29/2014 Pass
    FAR: 8/31/2014 Pass
    AUD: 4th Attempt, 8/25/15 ... Omg, PASS w/a 93 and I'm done!!!

Any tips on REG for those who took it and passed? I am scared to bits of it, I have struggled the most with this part of reviews and I sit on Sunday 11/30. I must pass or lose BEC 🙁 Anyone?

So I failed FAR with a 74 and lost my credit for audit. I literally cried like a baby from about 3AM until 5AM. Anyways…I have taken FAR like 100 times and am finally going to buy some supplemental materials. I'm thinking Wiley and Ninja MCQ (in addition to Becker). Any suggestions on how to study using three different materials? Man this sucks… happy holidays to me :-/

    BEC - 76
    REG - 76
    AUD - Expired
    FAR - 74 (10/24)

@EyeFahs, Be sure that you're comfortable with transactions related partnerships and corporations, such as buying into a partnership and calculating the new shareholder basis. Also, study the various deductions and know if they are above or below the line.

    FAR 5/1 - 83
    REG 7/7 - 79
    AUD 11/20 - 85
    BEC 8/27 - ALMOST THERE!!

3 for 3! Study high, get high grades!!

This is getting ridiculous. Looks like some people have had their scores for almost 13 hours now and I am still waiting on mine. Can't get anything done at work! And on top of that, its my birthday so I need a good birthday present from NASBA.

Finally passed AUD with an 89! It was my 5th try and my last window before I lost credit for FAR and BEC!!! If you struggling with the study material you are using, I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing NINJA MCQ. I had been using becker but it just wasn't doing it for me. I truly believe NINJA was just the boost I needed and definitely why score jumped 18 points this time!!

awww @Im_Ready, don't give up! That's the horror I am facing with REG coming up on 11/30. I desperately need to pass it! Keep going, I know that must be tough and I wish you all the best!

@Ima_Audit_You… Thanks for the tip. What material did you use? I have used Becker for the past three part and it worked perfectly but I feel like Tim/Becker is just not it for Taxes in REG session. I am struggling to understand him and his limited explanations and I am super nervous!!

@Im_ready – don't give up hope! You WILL get through it. I finally passed after 4 attempts. I had Becker for the first 3 then decided to invest, a mere $30-some dollars in the NINJA MQCs. Took me from a 74, 72, 72 with Becker to an 86 using Becker + NINJA MQC. Last time round I decided to take notes on questions I missed and review them consistently so I could conquer the concepts. I re-read the book at did all the Becker MQCs and then supplemented with NINJA, mixing it up a bit so I wasn't just memorizing answers but really driving it home! Good luck! You will get there!

@sumersrose – I completely understand what you're feeling. I passed my first three on the first try, and then failed audit by 2 measly points. I was devastated and upset. FYI, chocolate and online shopping helps ease some of the disappointment. I was determined to crush the exam the next time around, and was able to snag an additional 15 points to add to my score. Keep your head up and make it a point to crush audit in January.

For what it's worth – looking back on it, failing the last exam was sort of a blessing in disguise. It made this pass so much sweeter than the previous ones, and it now allows me to empathize with those who have failed one or more exams. Looking forward to seeing your update in a couple months that you passed!

@Im_ready. I had used Becker so much by this last time, that I just started out with ONLY NINJA MCQs. I wrote down every question I got wrong in a notebook. I continued to do all NINJA MCQ's until I had gotten every question correct at least once. Then at that point, I switched between Becker progress tests and NINJA MCQ's during my last two week review. I would do 100 Becker questions in the morning before work, look over my notes during lunch ( I work full time in public accounting) and then do 100 NINJA MCQs at night. I would save SIMS to look over during the weekend (I only used NINJA SIMS). NINJA questions seemed to be a different approach than Becker so it was a nice change and I knew I would just answer all the Becker questions because I had seen them for the last 8 months. I KNOW you can do it!!!
