So 2 weeks until this batch of scores are released. I saw someone do this kind of thread for my Audit exam and it really helped seeing everyone get together to chat about it.

Waiting on my Audit score. The exam was very theory based so I while I felt confident in a lot of my answers I have that lingering uncertainty that maybe I messed up a lot more on the MC than I am anticipating. Thought I had a decent performance on the SIMS…Ugh, this next week is going to drag..

Waiting on my REG score is like waiting for my death. The MCQs weren't terrible but the past few days I've started to remember some of my answers and realized I made some really stupid mistakes. The SIMS on the other hand were BRUTAL. The only one I'm confident on is the research question. The others were really random topics, some that weren't even covered in Becker. My experience seems to be similar to everyone else's so I'm trying to keep my chin up. This is potentially my last section, but we'll see next Tuesday. I've already emailed AICA about the huge delay in Q2 score releases. My AUD expires in November so hopefully I'll be able to get through REG retake before then.

Sucks waiting for scores…..and I'm so unsure about REG that I've already sent in my exam application to retake. Sad face.

I'm trying to remember what was on my AUD exam and I'm struggling to think back…I know I got a lot of the MC correct but the questions weren't really what I was expecting and now I can't remember hardly anything!

    The wait is torturous

    Lol same here @Megan

I have been kicking myself because there is one that I know I missed but should have gotten it right.

I have read a lot of people have had a similar experience on the exam with brutal SIMs, but still ended up passing…even scoring in the 80s.

    Just 8 more days 🙂

Everyone has been saying the AUD sims have been brutal lately. I didn't think they were that bad with the exception of the DRS. Anyone else feel the same way and pass AUD recently?

Hey Needsa75 – I think I'm in the same boat as you. went 3 for 3, AUD is last one. I decided to work on the ethics online course this week…….not to jinx though

This may have already been covered, but, how do we know when Prometric sent our answers to NASBA? Isn't this what determines whether you receive your scores on the 21st or the 24th?

@needsa75 I didn't think the AUD sims were bad at all. The DRS was lengthy, but once I got a grasp of what was being asked, I felt confident I had answered it correctly. There was only 1 sim where I was lost, and it wasn't even that hard, just random stuff I wasn't prepared for. I'm sure you did great!

Took BEC on 3/10. Felt pretty good walking out, especially in comparison to REG which I felt absolutely terrible about (but ended up getting an 87). Felt mostly the same as others that have posted – IT questions way out of left field – but the rest was about how I expected.

The last few days I've been second guessing myself and am convinced that I misunderstood what they were asking on one of the written memos… am pretty sure I went a totally different direction on that one than they intended. Hope my writing skills make up some of what I missed if I'm wrong.

So, now I don't know what to think. Am anxiously awaiting 3/21 like the rest of you. Fingers crossed I don't have to take BEC in the new format.

NeedsA75 – MCQ was ok – Med, Hard, Hard – marked 7, 10, 10 – which for me means I had SOME doubt and at least was 50+% but not sure. I think I “guessed” one question out of the whole MCQ test parts. But when I got to TBS man o man they sucked. I probably nailed 2 of them 90-100%, then the rest were pretty iffy. One was a 0 or 1 type of thing – the instructions were odd and unclear and it was unclear what they were asking they way they were asking it. So I either got a 0% or a 80-100% on that one. I was able to use the AL a tiny bit to check one or two odds n ends.

I have a little predictor spreadsheet I created for myself (after being through 3 of these now and reading these forums etc etc) and I'm predicting for myself a ~73-85 assuming even distribution of the pretest questions and the “curve” factors not being negative on any questions (ie they are worth less than 1) My becker final plus 12 pts rule of thumb predicts an 84 (or 78 if I ignore the 2nd practice final which went well)

It aint' over til the fat lady sings though……I really felt bad about the sims…….

    I just need a 75.

Thanks @CPAIN2K….you almost got a perfect score in AUD. What did you think of the MC? You must have felt pretty good leaving the testing center..
