Does anyone know the score release estimates for Wave 1?

I read somewhere it ideally supposed to be in the 7th week of the window.

Would this be the week of Aug 16-20? or the week after?

I am thinking Aug. 18th would be the start, but i could totally be wrong. You never know with them. I think they take a calendar, a swig of something strong, spin around 3 times and then begin throwing darts.
