    @keeptrying You'll like the Wiley books. Just focus on the mcqs. I like to write out the answers to the MCQs (both correct and incorrect). Then I take my notebook places. When I have even 5 minutes, I just read a few. It doesn't seem like much of a plan but I really feel like when I read just a few “fact nuggets” here and there I retain more of it. Good luck! You and I WILL be done in Q4. I know it!

    Have not been able to post in the past couple of days but FYI to anyone in TX still waiting. Just called TSBPA to find out if they had my score yet (long shot I know) and the gentleman I spoke with asked for my social. He said “Yes ma'am it does show that we have a score for you, you should be able to see it tomorrow morning”. I said “can you tell me what it is” and he said “no ma'am I can not”. GRRRRRRR

    REG- 82
    BEC- 73, 79!! Its over. Am I dreaming?
    AUD- 74, 74, 88

    @countnchickn – It's not worth it. It'll just feel that much better when you actually get your passing score (trust me).

    Hello Keeptrying,

    Don't know what to say to you, but I'm sure we will get over it and you are not alone, I scored 74 too in BEC, it is my last part too, now I'm under a threat of losing credit of REG in Nov if I don't pass this time.

    Let me ask you about the material, are you going to change the studying material or what is your new plan?

    I'm using Becker and Wiley test bank for now but I”m thinking Gliem, what is your opnion?

    I schedulaed my self already on Oct 18. Good luck to us 🙁

    @lulu – I heard that Becker was awful for BEC this year. Trying something new is a good idea. I used CPAexcel and really liked it for BEC.

    @lulu – I don't think I'm allowed to sell it, legally. Sorry. But it's $265 per section for the self-study program. They gave me online access and also sent me a CD, but I always used the online login because it was easier for me to access the software from multiple computers. https://www.cpaexcel.com/courseware/self_study_course.jsp

    They also have a free trial you can try.

    Hi all!! Received my 1st ever BEC score today n got a freaking 74!!!!!! They should give a bonus point to all those who get a 74.. wat difference does it make!!!

    Thinking of retaking BEC now in Jan 2012, as I have already started studying for FAR..using becker as of now!! Is there a lot of difference in the versions usually?? Will I have to repurchase a 2012 version for BEC now? What do url advise guys? Should I continue studin FAR..or stop abruptly n start BEC again??

    But, @ keep tryin..seriously i can def und wt u goin thru…dont lose hope..ul WILL do it this time:)

    Ugh, so disappointing. Failed FAR with a 73. I wanted so badly to be done! Ah well. Five testing windows until I lose BEC and REG. Hopefully I can pass it by then!

    FAR 73...try again in November
