I dont think you can do 400 some hours of studying and fail the test. Not possible IMO.

For the BEC score release last window I was up until 2 am on the score release thread constantly refreshing the page. Mind you, I started monitoring the thread very early in the day. The experience was very very bad. I DO NOT intend to do a repeat of that. I honestly cannot express to you how much just sitting around your computer for hours on end refreshing the page sucks.

The scores are supposed to be released on Wednesday I think. I’m gonna volunteer for a bit then go swimming. Later, I’m going to buy a six pack, go home, and watch a movie. My hope is that ill fall asleep and wake up sometime early in the morning thursday. Then, ill check my score.

I wish your theory worked for me Barf LOL.. For the amount of worrying I do, I see more disappointment so I am doing the opposite.. I worry about the next exam since that is something I can control.

@occams_razor LOL I love the reasoning. I will need to start ordering food before my exams and making sure that I'm at the right point in the ticket numbers!

I spent all of the Friday score-release-day last time watching for my BEC score, only to find out at the end of the day that my score probably wouldn't release till Monday…but I still spent a decent part of Saturday watching the thread and checking KY's score site just in case they did next-day instead of next-business-day…and I checked Sunday, too…so this time I am determined to *not* waste my weekend (and Friday at work…) worrying about my score, but instead to not check anything till the following Monday morning (which will again be next business day) when there's actually a chance that I'll have a score!

But then on the flip-side, I took FAR and my preparation time got interrupted by family medical emergencies, so there's a decent chance I failed…so part of me is debating whether I want to check my scores Monday morning, because I have a feeling if I failed, I will cry, and the scores won't be posted till about the time my boss gets here, and I really don't want to cry in front of my boss…

Anybody else fight between maintaining dignity in front of coworkers, and desire to get your score??

Even though I know CA scores come out a day after NASBA, I waste the entire score release day stalking this thread.

Mostly, because I won't be able to sleep until I know whether or not to expect my score when I wake up.

If BEC 496 doesn't release on Friday, I know my score won't be there Sat. morning when I wake up.

The good thing, is I will be on a road trip to the lake with a group of girls and will be completely distracted this weekend 🙂

I think this is the worst part of the whole CPA exam…the anticipation for scores! Everyday I try to think about different things, but it all comes down to did i pass or did i fail :-/…I am hoping I passed AUD this second time around. Would definitely make my birthday weekend a whole lot better! Good luck to everyone who took a section and are awaiting scores! Time to get my F5 button ready for some constant pressing.

Over lunch break today I started contemplating going up to the north Georgia mountains and renting a cabin for the weekend solo with my dogs. My husband will be gone starting Thursday and I will inevitably be in a state of inconsolability or bliss when scores come out; either way, some fresh air, nature, and quality dog time would probably do me good!!

I did not feel great coming out of the Aud exam, the sims were brutal. The closer we get to score release time, the worse I feel. I really don't want to study Aud again. 🙁
