I dont think you can do 400 some hours of studying and fail the test. Not possible IMO.

For the BEC score release last window I was up until 2 am on the score release thread constantly refreshing the page. Mind you, I started monitoring the thread very early in the day. The experience was very very bad. I DO NOT intend to do a repeat of that. I honestly cannot express to you how much just sitting around your computer for hours on end refreshing the page sucks.

The scores are supposed to be released on Wednesday I think. I’m gonna volunteer for a bit then go swimming. Later, I’m going to buy a six pack, go home, and watch a movie. My hope is that ill fall asleep and wake up sometime early in the morning thursday. Then, ill check my score.

@mcc I COMPLETELY AGREE! I'm actually angry right now… For how much money we spend, time we spend preparing, obtaining the 150 credits, etc., they can at least be frank/direct with us and let us know why we don't have our scores yet. We are adults, but they are acting like we are a bunch of little kids

If and when they EVER RELEASE scores, which they tend to do in alphabetical order. Furthermore, they release scores in numerical order within each section. For example, audit should be released first and if you are 512 and I'm 518, you would get your score first and I would be the person shutting down the NASBA website refreshing my screen because I know my score should be next. I hope that helps! Leave it to the AICPA/NASBA to make getting your score just as hard as taking the exam! Fury!

So, I figured out why the score release was delayed. Apparently, my FAR score was so bad that it shut down the servers due to an error in the code. Clearly everyone should be blaming this delay on me.

CPA Exam scores will be released on August 23, 2013 for results received by August 14, 2013. Please note that this delay has not impacted the scoring of the exam. The scoring of the CPA Exam is treated with a high level of importance, due diligence and attention to accuracy. Responses to simulations and essays go through multiple quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy in scoring.”

@JAM in the past they always post the scores one day BEFORE what is listed. So in theory if this patern holds true scores would come out today.

This is my 2nd attempt at the exam, I had two parts passed (failed many) and I stupidly quit, big mistake. Now I'm back and with a vengeance!
