I dont think you can do 400 some hours of studying and fail the test. Not possible IMO.

For the BEC score release last window I was up until 2 am on the score release thread constantly refreshing the page. Mind you, I started monitoring the thread very early in the day. The experience was very very bad. I DO NOT intend to do a repeat of that. I honestly cannot express to you how much just sitting around your computer for hours on end refreshing the page sucks.

The scores are supposed to be released on Wednesday I think. I’m gonna volunteer for a bit then go swimming. Later, I’m going to buy a six pack, go home, and watch a movie. My hope is that ill fall asleep and wake up sometime early in the morning thursday. Then, ill check my score.

    Nice explanations Elisabeth!

Just a small correction on CA score release. It is not on the official date necessarily, it is ALWAYS the morning following the NASBA release. If the official date is a Monday, but NASBA releases Friday… CA scores are available Saturday morning at 6 am (PST)

    🙂

Thanks, Elisabeth! That was incredibly helpful. I'm in a NASBA state and I took BEC on July 20. I've taken an exam in the past on the last day of the window and I did receive my score in the following score release (which was nice). I realize I do run the risk of not falling into that score release date though. Thanks again!

    AUD: Attempt 1: 60; Attempt 2: 78
    BEC: Attempt 1: 75 (lost credit); Attempt 2: 80
    FAR: Attempt 1: 74; Attempt 2: 74; Attempt 3: 78
    REG: Attempt 1: 76 (lost credit); Attempt 2: 68; Attempt 3: 80

    Finished 11/01/2013!!!

Just so you know, I'm jealous of you since you're in a NASBA state! I was looking for my scores on the NINJA date for my first test, then found out I was in a non-NASBA state, so I had to wait from Friday till midday Monday…just 3 days, but 3 long days at that point in time! Hopefully you got in this wave. 🙂 My next test is on Aug 14, the last day for that set of scores, so I'm really hoping that it's processed quickly and gets in the next wave…

Thanks for clarifying MCLKT! 🙂 Now that you clarified it, I think I knew that at one point in time…

Apparently I have a really stupid question. How do you insert the page break and then add your scores? Thanks!

@Jennifer241 Yeah, when I heard about Oregon, I honestly felt great sympathy…and sent my friend in Oregon who is studying accounting an email and told her to not do her tests through OR if she had anyway to get around it. haha.

The wait is killing me! I thought I failed when I scored a 91, I thought I failed when I scored a 75, and I'm so certain I failed FAR that I actually have hope that I somehow passed.

    AUD-April 13-91
    BEC-May 13-75
    FAR-July 13--76
    REG-Aug 13--73-Oct 13--87! Sweet victory!

@Becca – I have thought that on all of my exams but have managed to pass. I've decided it would take a high 90's performance before I would ever walk out feeling confident. Just took FAR as well…my REG expires if I don't pass. Those two again would be brutal.

    REG 01/10/12 - 81
    AUD 11/07/12 - 84
    BEC 05/13/13 - 83
    FAR 07/08/13 - 82

It won't be long now! I sat on July 1st, but I've kept myself busy so I wouldn't think too much about scores.

@Becca, I thought I failed FAR. Thinking you failed and then you pass seems to be very common, and I've heard plenty of stories of people that felt like they passed with flying colors and then fail.

I”m going to stay busy and hopefully another week will fly by!

Yes, the first time I took AUD I walked out feeling extremely confident and I was crushed when I got my 69. But yet the fourth time I took REG I walked out of Prometric in tears, and held no hope for passing, but somehow managed a 77. There is really no way of knowing! I just try to prepare myself for the worst….

smfrentz – I'm with you. I'm quite stressed so haven't been able to enjoy the down time as much as I'd like. Part of that is because just the thought of never having to study this again is so exciting, I'm going to be crushed if that isn't the case…

    FAR: 84 (expires May '14)
    AUD: 82
    BEC: 91
    REG: 78

Starting to get a bit nervous here…

This has been 1 hell of a journey for me. After getting through the first 3 tests relatively smoothly, I've been stuck on REG since January. I've failed it TWICE with 2 74's which hurts more than you can imagine. I'm up against the wall on this since my AUD score expires 10/2.

Even though I've studied for this God-forsaken test 3 separate times, I still didn't feel confident leaving the test the 3rd time. As with every other time, I felt like I could go either way. It's a really crappy feeling. I'm trying not to focus on what happens if I fail again, but these waits are killing me!

Sigh….all in God's hands now! Here's to hoping August 2nd is my last visit to Another71.com 🙂

    AUD - Apr '12 - 76
    FAR - Aug '12 - 79
    BEC - Nov '12 - 74, Jan '13 - 82!!
    REG - Feb 28, 2013 - 74, Apr 18th - 74, July 6th - 76!!
    Really?? 3 74's?

    CPA - October 2013
