I dont think you can do 400 some hours of studying and fail the test. Not possible IMO.

For the BEC score release last window I was up until 2 am on the score release thread constantly refreshing the page. Mind you, I started monitoring the thread very early in the day. The experience was very very bad. I DO NOT intend to do a repeat of that. I honestly cannot express to you how much just sitting around your computer for hours on end refreshing the page sucks.

The scores are supposed to be released on Wednesday I think. I’m gonna volunteer for a bit then go swimming. Later, I’m going to buy a six pack, go home, and watch a movie. My hope is that ill fall asleep and wake up sometime early in the morning thursday. Then, ill check my score.

@hopefulTXcpa – yes – TX releases the scores once a day, that's why the site is down from 12:01am – 4am. No need to constantly refresh – try and relax and wait for tomorrow's 4am.

As to the day, usually, yes they're on target with the NASBA dates. However I've experienced a few times where TSBPA has been a day or two late. Talk about a beating!!!

@hopefulTXCPA, yeah I called them once and they said if its not up at 4 AM, then check back tomorrow. No need to check all throughout the day as @mannonjay said.

Well the first two scores were me doing a self study of another program that I will not badmouth b/c its helped some (just not me).

The 3rd score was doing Becker, Ninja Audio and Ninja Notes. My Becker is a live teacher in Dallas Liliana Hickmann-Riggs (sp?), she is quite amazing – the videos are okay but no where near the level of the live instruction.

I see the common theme after failing is to implement ninja…I shall as well, I can't believe my score though I was nailing mc in Becker. I think the sims killed me

@cpa786 youll get there! Ninja is great b/c after so many MCQs – and especially when you get in a slump (multiple MCQs wrong in a row) is to listen to and/or read the audio/notes.

@ StephyCPA: you and I are in the same boat. I took FAR on 7/20 as well (NY). I called NASBA just now and spoke to a very nice lady who told me that NY did not submit my test until the 21st, so I will not be seeing my grade until the next release date (23rd). You might want to call NASBA and ask if your test was submitted on the 20th, or the following day, as you might be worrying and waiting today for nothing.

Guess I can stop hitting the F5 button now and actually start doing some real work. Good luck to everyone! 🙂

I dont know about different states but TX has a “Diagnostic Report” column with a “VIEW” button you click. Thats about all they give you.
