@iwantmylifeback I'm also a first year staff. You probably remember this from when you started, but it's extremely overwhelming when you first come in. I've been fortunate enough to have some very kind and patient managers, but I've also had experiences where someone who I've just met walks up to me and asks me to do about a dozen things that I've never heard of before, blurts out an explanation for about a minute, and then hurries off to go do something else. I recognize that you guys are under a lot of pressure, but all of the first-years that I've met strike me as intelligent and professional people, and I think there's room for us to grow if we're just given enough time and opportunity to learn. In the meantime, we're probably going to make some pretty stupid mistakes while we're still doing these things for the first time.
