@Jwhere I had a senior I worked for who supposedly won an appeal….it was a while back though. I think she appealed in '06 or '07.

Jeff talks about this in his podcasts but not really. It is very very difficult to win an appeal to a score. In essence, it's time consuming and I think there's a fee.
