I took Reg this window and it is the only section I have left and my score was 74.

When I got my score notification I scored stronger in 4 of the content areas comperable in 2.

In the Item Type area I scored stronger in the MC and weaker in sims.

This last one is really messing with me and I don’t know what to do. I know less than 1% of scores get changed, but I feel like my scenario is most likely to be one of the 1%.

Is there any chance I’ll have a positive result from this?

No, it's not worth it. I'm sorry about your score, but I've never heard of anyone's score being changed. I think that it would be a waste of money.

I agree with kandisjoy, it NEVER work so don't waste your time and money. im so sorry to hear a 74, i know what a 74 feels like 🙁

I heard you have to pay a lot of $$ just for them to take a look for your test. During the waiting period, you might lost the credits for other exams you passed. Might as well just to take the exam right away while your memory is still fresh.

i heard it's like $200 (someone confirm this) — this may help you make up your mind about a appeal with 1% favorable rate

The only reason your score would be changed is if there was an error (unlikely with a 74). Perhaps it would be useful if you got a 32, then it seems much more likely something went wrong. The only exam that has anything subjective is BEC, but even then barring a gross misgrading of your written comm., your score probably wouldn't change. Sorry about the 74, but remember that it's only 1 point away.

Studying again will go by much more quickly and you'll be able to focus your efforts on the difficult topics and the minutia and breeze through the basics. Good luck!

Wow interesting…I scored Weaker in 4 of the content areas, Comparable in 1, and Stronger in 1. I scored Weaker overall in MCQ's and Stronger on Sims and I wound up with a 78 in REG. With all those Strongers you received it doesn't make sense that you got a lower score than I did.

Thanks for all the replies. That is what I figured, but I think I just needed to hear it. I just reapplied for Reg and I plan on taking it the first week of January.
