Hey, I was just wondering what a good answer is when an interviewer asks you what your weakness is? I was thinking about saying that mine is public speaking, which I have improved on during the years, but I’m not sure if that’s a good idea. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yeah, I've always used “I'm a perfectionist and sometimes I can be too hard on myself.” It's been well received.
