BEC test today. I am sooo ready for this to be over. I hope the third time is a charm for me an BEC!! Can’t wait to get back home and be able to clean my house!! Yipee!! I never knew housework was such a privilege until I started studying for this test.

I can relate to wanting to clean the house. I normally keep an immaculate house, but that went by the wayside a couple of months ago. Cleaning my house is one of the first things I'm going to do after my test.

enjoy cleaning afterwards..funny, as I got my book together and wrote out my schedule for studying I was thinking the same thing. Audit will be my last exam (hopefully forever!) and I can't wait to clean my house-yahoooooo!

LOL! I felt the exact same way the last few weeks of my exam. I wonder how many guys get excited about the thought of cleaning and laundry.

Guys are different for sure. I'm a gal, and I love to clean. It's therapeutic. I was a maid back in the day and I enjoyed a heck of lot more than my current job. The current pay is better though.

T-Rex, I know what you mean. I took BEC in July and i got a good 7 questions on material I have never seen before. I remember the instructor from Becker telling us if you see something you don't know well you didn't study enough. But this material for sure was never in the Becker books because I even studied the ancillary for BEC.

When I'm really stressed, I find organizing and cleaning relaxing. I think it's the feelings of control and immediate gratification. During the worst of times with my mother my closets looked like something out of a magazine. Whenever I was too stressed to sleep, I'd straighten some cabinets or a closet.

@joe, Yeah, BEC was weird! I took it last year, perhaps Becker improved a bit since. I remember Becker's IT section being very disorganized, which didn't help either.

During my studying journey, I've been relying on my boyfriend to clean the house most of the time. It's driving me crazy!!! Nothing is more annoying to me (well, except Tim Gearty) than seeing those vacuum marks go UP TO the kitchen table chair. Really? You can't take 10 seconds to move the chair and vacuum under it? I should be very thankful that he does what he does, though.

All this talk of cleaning led me to take a break to do some cleaning. This is probably a good thing as I'm feeling a bit more relaxed now. One more half-hour of cleaning and then it's on to SE, EPS, & CFs. Joy!
