So if the AICPA and NASBA are closed Monday, will all the scores be later than predicted?

I hope I don’t have to wait through another weekend for my FAR score 🙁

Thats a very good question, but how do you know there closed? Its a Federal Holiday, but I know most businesses are open, and I know I'll be working that day.

I would consider Nasba a private organization, thus its their decision to be open that day.

I'm with you CPAWannabe…….I took Audit on 2/5 (making it into the first wave) but am concerned there's always the “chance” that one SIM was new and that I won't find out………….UNTIL MARCH 🙁

Yes – both the AICPA and NASBA are closed Monday.

This will affect the score release predictions. I will revise them…didn't take into account “Presidents Day” – a holiday I've never had off. 🙂

Oh well, with my luck I am probably in Wave 2 because I had a sim on a topic which was not covered at all in my study guide, yet a very current topic these days.

CPAWannaBe – You make me feel very fourtunate since I work for the government and get every federal holiday off. There are 10 every year. Sorry, for everyone that has to work tomorrow. I hope that you and I do not get push to wave 2 since it will probably be delayed big time by the 8 day extension due to all the snow storms that have it the east coast. I am sure that the wave 2 release will be delayed by the 8 day extension.

I sure hope the 8 days extension is not going to affect Wave 2 release. After all even for wave 1 they include a week from the second month of the testing window, so this should look just like that, in theory. I can dream, right! LOL

I even got you beat. I work for the state of CA. We get 12 paid holidays a year haha. used to be 14 but they got rid of Lincoln's b-day and columbus day this year.

What's the story w/ the 8 day extension Zena is referring to? Does that mean the Wave 1 predictions will be delayed 8 days i.e. nothing's coming out this week?

The 8 day extension is that they extended the testing window into the first week of March due to snow/weather closings. So the question of the day is will that than extend the wait period for scores.
