Has anyone challenged a score and won. I got FAR 74 2x in a row. New York

    And is there some truth to the fact that marginal scores such as 74 could have

    possibly been a 75 or 76 but if NYC filled the quota for that testing window now

    the marginal scores are put to a 74.

    There are just too many 74 out there!
