Oh wow, yes sounds a like a lot is going for you two. We decided to just buy a house before our scores were out to make sure we actually moved on with our lives. Luckily we had our offer accepted in one day and are in escrow already so IF we both fail we will have a nice house to study in! But I don't think we will… keeping positive!!

I don't blame you for moving on with the house when you did. We were silly and bought a short sale during busy season our first year out of college (we closed and moved at the beginning of March). We sold it at the end of last year since the market in our neighborhood was the best we had seen it. Hopefully neither one of you will never have to do a single MCQ in the new house!

Leo is adorable! And they really are almost twins, she just has some additional orange coloring that is almost entirely a female exclusive gene.

We love to joke that's she's watched the lectures enough and spent enough time with Becker books that she would be able to pass the exam.
