So…i recently rescheduled my exam for a week sooner, because not only will i think i will be ready but it will give me more time for BEC in may.
Im confused. i used 2011 wiley bank for my last exam and now 2012… I do consistently do well on them….so i cant understand why I didn't do better on the exam. Maybe it was just me getting back into the test taking process. Not sure. I am going to do my best to continue to do as many test bank questions as possible and use the NINJA notes (which have been a fresh breath of air!). I didnt use the NINJA notes last time so I am hoping that will help me a long also with the some of the areas I am weaker on. If anyone else has any suggestions, i welcome them.
@Peanut Thanks! I hit a major burnout for studying last week but somehow have managed to hang in there with MC's(I am about to puke them up). I am using Becker and completed all the regular lectures, related MC's and supplemental MC's (which total over 3,000) Becker Final Review lectures and all MC's there, all SIMS twice, listen to the FR lectures(I recorded them) constantly. Today, tomorrow and Tuesday, I am going to re-read the chapters and do some major memorization on things. Think this is enough?? Ha!
I feel pretty good about the preparation but as we all know this exam is the luck of the draw!
Oh now Bonaroo would be a great post exam celebration!!
@dousugar- I was surprised at what weird and difficult questions I got on Testlet 1. I was like, this is a Medium testlet?? But the questions were only 1-2 sentences. Testlet 2 got wordier and took more time to answer. Testlet 3, I don't really remember too much, lol, but it was also hard in its own way.
Some MCQs I knew, some I didn't. That's the thing. About 60% of the questions, I knew. The other 36% were all narrowed down to 2 choices, but then, I got stuck. The other 4% were complete guesses. But these were no more than 3 questions. Hopefully, I got lucky. That's all I can say. I don't feel I did bad on the Sims. I should be either Comparable or Stronger there. So, if I can just edge my way into the Comparable area on the MCQ, I can just make it. Who knows? Let's hope we get a nice curve during tax season….
