@ TaxMaster, Just cut off any distractions for the next 3 months. Zone in and get this over with and you can enjoy your summer. That's what I am planning to do. Taking a break from social media and other distractions. We can do this!

Passed Reg with a 79 Today, just want to encourage anyone who didn't pass. I promise i am not the smartest guy, but studying matters. One person mentioned in an older thread your notes are a good indicator of how prepared you are. We should have at least 10 pages of MEANINGFUL notes walking into prometric. If you are already doing that, supplement your study program, and m/c until you throw up. Need more than a surface understanding to pass, especially the SIMS, cause REG SIMS was straight from Hell but was my strongest part of the exam.

@Ms3386 – Congrats! You are the first person i see post that they passed REG during this score release. How did you feel leaving the exam?

Passed BEC! That was my last exam so I am finally done. Can’t believe I passed all 4 exams on the first try! This is coming from someone who failed Accounting I in college twice. Don’t give up everyone.

@Hopefuldreamer that's great!!! I just started the journey and passed BEC on the first try and was a part of yesterday's score release. I struggled in my accounting courses in my undergrad and graduate courses. Your comment gives me hope that I can pass FAR on the first try. I'm planning to take FAR last. My logic is if I can get the other 3 parts completed within 6 months, then I will have plenty of time to focus solely on FAR and not have to worry about anything else. I feel like I'm going to need a solid 8-12 weeks for FAR.

FAR is the most difficult part?

@nini79 for me I believe FAR is going to the most difficult since I struggled in many of my financial accounting courses in college. Plus I have been out of college for over 10 years now. I currently work in audit and have worked in tax in the past, so I'm hoping those will be a little easier for me when studying.

Next target score dates are March 19 & 20, though they'll likely be the night before. So we're basically one week from tonight for the next one.

Ugggggh I need to know if I passed FAR and beat this damn exam NOW :O

@docj I'm waiting for FAR results too. Bad thing is I don't feel good about it at all. There were a couple TBSs on the exam that are still haunting me. It's so bad that I'm going to start doing a light restudy today so I can retake it next month or early May if I failed FAR. I took my exam on March 9 so I'm hoping I'll find out next Wednesday. Good Luck!

The waiting is worse than the exam itself. Well, except for FAR 🙂

Congrats to all those that passed….Big congrats to those that are done. Keep those fingers crossed for the rest of us bold enough to keep at this challenge.

    It begins with a 75

    “light restudy”

That's good, you're still focused. Use this time to take it easy and shake off any burnout by keeping studying light.

Even if your exam was easy, that still isn't the best feeling. No joke, some of my TBS's were actually easier than the MCQs, that's never happened before. I'm convinced I got lower-scoring ones 😮

About 36 hours away from the next release (well, 48 hours technically, but again they always release early). Waiting on your last exam is always the most agonizing by far :O

what @docj said. I just looked at the FAR Q4/2019 passing rates. Simply brutal.

Anxiously awaiting results for BEC to be released 3/19. If I pass I’m done! Any guidance on how long you had to wait for BEC results? I hear it can take up to a week longer due to the analysis of the WC’s? Wondering if this national Coronavirus crisis will be delaying score release also..
