Man, this wait is brutal. I'm waiting on bec and it's my last exam. If I pass, I'm done forever.
The thing that's killing me is that it was my most stressful exam experience to date:
-Testlet 1, I'm feeling like a rockstar. It's not easy but I know what I'm doing.
-As I'm about to select my last answer, the servers go down.
-We end up sitting in the test room for AN HOUR in silence with nothing to do.
-Finally the test servers come back up (thank goodness, all my answers are there) and I move to Testlet 2. It's horrendously difficult. Every question is either super obscure IT or multi-step computation. There were at least 2 questions that I just had to give a wild guess on.
-I get a computational question on something that Becker had said was “too complex for BEC, you'll probably never see this on the exam”. Guess what I hadn't bothered studying.
-I take a break and grab a drink of juice from my locker. The prometric lady at check-in asks if I accessed my locker, I said yes, I got a drink. She says I'm not allowed to access my locker. This is my 7th time at this test center and I've been allowed to access my locker every single time. Another prometric employee speaks up and says that they've let candidates access their lockers in the past. First lady says well they're not allowed, but thankfully lets it go and lets me back into the test. I was seriously scared that she was going to invalidate my exam.
So all of that combined threw me way off my game and made me feel much more stressed than any of my previous exams. I've got my fingers crossed that I managed to pass, but I just cannot wait for the wait to be over.
