I think I have my plan. Next week I will be through my second pass of everything. Unfortunately I didn’t take note cards for everything the first time through and decided to get those out as I move along. Using Becker this week, I will be making study sheets and hammering out JE’s and formulas for F7,F8,F9 and Pensions in 6. This weekend I am off to New Orleans, Saturday and Sunday will be my days off. I put in some extra time this past weekend which is still never enough.

When I get back I am going to wok my way through 6 making those notecards and memorizing JE’s and calculations while preparing F5 study sheets (Deferred Taxes will probably be an entire pack of note cards ….). Then over next weekend I plan to really focus on F3 and nail down equity/acquisition/cost methods. The following week will be F4 for a quick review and then F1/F2 over that following weekend with a few days to review scary bonds and capital leases.

Then will be my 1st practice exam. Hopefully will do decent toward the middle of September. Then I have all of October to really focus on the unknown while hopefully retaining the “known”.

That’s my plan as of now, but like my schedule so far, it always changes:(

Wow this sounds like a really thorough plan!

Even if your plan changes, it's good to have one to begin with, so you can adjust accordingly.

Good luck with it and with your exam!
