Makes sense what you say, because it is so much information that at the end of the day, when you try to put all in your brain in your final review, there are so many things that you can easily forget, and you don't master anything as you say! That was my problem … I actually used Roger!! Roger changed of systems at that time.. and I was more based in MCQ in the book, which took me tons of time!
