    My scenario is really sad.
I passed AUD, FAR, and Reg.
I can’t pass BEC which led me to losing credit on AUD.
Took AUD twice now (after passing in the past) and failed both times with the same 66 score.
But, my 2nd attempt areas of performance content increased a good amount. So, a bit confused about why my score didn’t increase.
But, now my FAR is due to expire and I am taking BEC the day before FAR expires.
I was at first using Becker but switched to Wiley.
Soon I will be taking 3 sections. It is as if I am starting all over again.
Does anyone have any similar experiences? Suggestions?

The only advice I can give you is do not rely on the performance reports. They are as useless and as unreliable as reports can get. Study everything and not just hammer the “weaker” areas.

I also used Becker when I passed the examinations and supplemented with Wiley. Maybe you can try a different review course like Ninja.

    FAR - 75 | REG - 87 | AUD - 82 | LAW - 81

sorry to hear of the situation. realize when that first test is passed there are a total of 6 attempts to pass the other three. 18 months / 3 months per quarter = 6 tries. i recommend taking two exams per quarter, one in the early part of the quarter and the other at the end of the window. history proves many of us will fail at least once, in some cases more than that. dont let those 6 attempts pass you by

I'm in the same situation. I passed REG, AUD and BEC in that order. I kept on failing FAR and my 18 months expired. I lost REG and I have one more try to pass FAR and re-pass REG before I lose AUD. It does feel like starting over and I'm unwilling to do that. I've decided if I don't pass FAR on that next try, I'm going to take a break, focus on my personal life more and then re-start when they implement the continuous testing rule.

Keep going. That said, I wonder what is the rationale of losing credit for an exam you recently pass.

Only advise is study harder and longer until you fully get the material. Don’t just memorize things. BEC is tricky since it involves some algebra and non accounting concepts, so it’s not as easy as it seems. However, there really isn’t anything more you can do but focus and stay motivated and study harder to pass. Good Luck!

Keep going at it. That said, this is such a ridiculous policy. How can you losing one of the section make you a good accountant? What is the logic here? Can someone please expand?

This is what Im afraid as well, being in this vicious cycle to repass a section. The only positive note is that we will have the continuous testing starting in JULY of 2020. Life is hell as a CPA candidate, lets just hope we can all overcome their nonsense policy and become victorious at end!
