Failed Audit – Worried about new exam

So I failed audit this most recent window, stayed up and got my score at 1:00 am this morning. I earned a 72. While I haven’t been able to find the breakdown of stronger weaker or average I’m pretty certain I failed because of the SIMS. Since this new exam has more, and rumored more difficult Sims, I’m super worried that even if I study and re-take the exam say in June of this year I’ll still fail. Thoughts?

I got a 64 back in DEC. I retook on FEB 1 and learned by score this morning . Got a 69. Frustrating since I put in extra 100 hours for retake. I have yet to receive a score report but I know I did really well on MCQ but bombed the SIMS. I have the same concerns as you with the retake in May with new format. Where did you hear the SIMS would be harder ? I knew there are more. It is not a easy road ahead…kinda wish it was more MCQ and less SIMS with like 70/30 split

I'm right there with both of you. SIMS were killer this time and will be more involved next time. Just hoping my study material accurately reflects how it'll be.

From what I understand the sims will be different, whether they'll be harder or not might depend. Here's a link that I think sums up the changes pretty well.

It may not be as bad, but I just did not want any uncertainty. So I decided to finish before the change

Jereumie, how did you find AUD and the sims when you took in Feb?

I left AUD for last and took care of BEC and REG because I didn't want to deal with a 4 hour exam instead of a 3 hour exam

I am right there with you. I received a score this morning with an annoying 73. I was stronger in the MCQ, but weaker in the sims. I honestly don't think I can actually pass the exams now that the sims are getting harder. I just DO NOT know how to study for them….

NeedsA75, I only had 12 days to study for AUD, so all I could do was listen to the lectures as i was reading through the book. I tried to understand rather than memorizing them, because I just didn't have time to. I didn't even have time to review, but maybe it was doable because it was such a short time period, everything was still fresh in memory.

I would say just understand the concept behind it, you should be fine. Even the sims, I didn't practice any sims. All the questions can be solved if you understand the materials.
