What percent of CPA’s pass the CPA exam without having to do a retake? Does anyone know if that stat is available?

I've heard about 10% pass rate on passing all 4 parts the first time. But I don't have a specific source handy. Someone publishes stats on these. But if it isn't from the AICPA/NASBA then it is likely biased even more than usual.

But don't worry about that. Prepare properly and put in the work.

Yea I heard 10-15% for those who passed the 1st time through. But Id like to see some reliable evidence from that so hopefully if I passed AUD, I can say Im a 10%'er lol

    FAR (Feb. '10) - 83
    REG (Apr. '10) - 88
    BEC (May '10) - 79
    AUD (Aug '10) - 80

I think in the front of the Wiley books it says less than 10% for all parts taken in one window. But I do remember reading somewhere that the AICPA has said it's something like 15% for passing on the first try. A co-worker of mine has gotten high 90's on all of them first time through, and he did them all in 6 months. Guess who's now helping me study?!?! Haha 😉

    REG 79 (Becker); BEC 63 (Becker) 70 (Yaeger); AUD 66 (Becker; 11/30 - Becker); FAR 11/24 (Yaeger/Wiley)
