Has anyone ever heard of a state Board entering the score incorrectly? I failed REG with the same EXACT score as I failed with last time. It just seems odd and I’m hoping they mistakenly entered my Q4 2010 score. It’s probably correct, but this was my last section and I’m grasping onto whatever I can, since I lost credit for AUD shortly after taking the exam.

Too embarrassing to post – haha. That's what is so weird because it was extremely low both times and I haven't had much trouble with the other 3 sections. Oh well, it probably is correct and I'll just wait on my score to arrive in the mail to verify. Guess back to the drawing board. Thanks for the reply.

My first 2 scores were the same, and the next 2 were the same numbers as the first 2, just flipped around

    uksas,

I'm wondering the same thing. I just received my AUD score this morning – it was literally 30-40 points lower than I had anticipated. I know the tested material like the back of my hand;I'm just incredulous at this point.

I sent an email to our state's qualifications division (the contact person is assigned by last name) inquiring about the review process, the potential inaccuracies inherent in scoring with a new format, and all scores batched together, changing hands from the AICPA to NASBA to the TSBPA, etc.

I read on the website that a score review costs $200 per part, and the success rate is <0.1%. Great. While I know the score received is not reflective of my skill set in the tested material, the chance of getting this corrected is just too small to warrant such an expense. The whole process of waiting, and receiving output not indicative of the performance, is infuriating. I'm at a loss at this point. I need AUD before I lose FAR credit in June.

    FAR - 75 (11/09) LOST credit
    REG - 79 (06/10) LOST credit
    BEC - 73 (05/03/10), 83 01/14/11 LOST credit
    AUD - 74 (02/28/11) 74!!! (05/30/11)

    2014
    BEC - 77 (02/18/14)
    AUD - April
    REG - May
    FAR - Later

Yeah, I totally agree – it's very frustrating and there's really nothing you can do about it. I was really shocked by my score. First time, I rushed to apply and take it before the end of the quarter (while trying to cram in a week), but this time I studied for weeks leading up to it and felt “okay” about it. I contacted my state Board and they said the score is legit, so I guess I received the same ridiculously low score both times.

This WAS my last part – I lost credit for AUD in February, so now I'm back to 2 left. I guess that's what I get for waiting so long to take the remaining 3 parts after passing AUD.
