Hey guys I just tried to reapply for an exam I recently took but did not get my official scores yet. I applied through the nasba website and the site me get all the way to the payment section. Does this mean that I failed the section? I took this section on July 3rd and it says there was an “application update” July 10th. Anyone else experience anything like this?

mla1169, why does NASBA even have anything received right now if it's not scored by AICPA I'm presuming? Seems like they are just sitting on it…

NASBA is notified that you showed up for the exam. Honestly not sure why, but they find out within a couple of days that your NTS was actually used. I think it's Prometric that notifies them- it's probably how prometric gets paid.

Well I'm hoping with the slight redesign and upgrades that they're doing, that more proactive score releases will be one of the upcoming changes. It's not 2000 anymore ;P

Except this process has only been in place since Oct 11, so not sure they're ambitious enough to revamp a procedure less than 3 years old. Before that if you took the exam the first week of the Window you waited 9-10 weeks for your score! They already believe this is lightening fast 😉

I emailed them recently, and was shocked, they asked if I could provide the jurisdiction ID !or my state. I gave them my state 🙂 The whole cpa process is so convoluted and due for efficiency.

I got clarification from them. They said the new dashboard is supposed to reflect the date of the last received score, not the last received test. IT is supposed to fix it.

Seems like they fixed it, I logged in and it has the old date and says FAILED 🙁
