You said that according to your state your REG credit expires 11/3/11, so I think as long as you sit for AUD from 10/1/11(start of next window) to 11/3/11 you should be OK. It does NOT matter when that score comes back. Taking the exam on or before the expiration date is what matters.

Note: If you're going to sit for AUD on the exact expiration date of REG (11/3/11), check with the state board first to make sure your REG doesn't expire at the end of the day on 11/2! (I think you'd still be OK taking it 11/3 but just check to make extra sure)

Some states round up to the end of the expiring window (e.g. sat for and passed section on 2/1/10, then it expires 8/31/11). But It looks like your state goes by the specific day.

Thanks you're welcome. I just realized what i actually meant was some states round the expiration date up to the end of the month. so if you took the first section on Jan 1, 2010, they would give you until July 31, 2011 (not Aug 31, 2011). It appears other states would say that section expires July 1, 2011 (exactly 18months, no round up to the end of the month).

You need to take and pass AUD by November 3rd. You'll get your score a couple weeks after the expiration date, but that is okay.
