If AICPA releases BEC today…since I'm in Texas, I will get my score at 4:30 Friday Morning.

I take my AUD test at Noon on Friday. I think I'm going to wait till after my AUD exam to check my score.

    BEC 81 expired, 74, Oct 80
    FAR 79
    REG 70, 70, 82
    AUD 74, 65, Nov

few days from today we will be happy we know our scores (or unhappy) and we will forget how long we had to wait for the scors 🙂

Is there a chance we'll see NASBA tonight?

Ha. Guess we should resume to complaining about the lack of scores.

news flash, still slow. Really wish NASBA would issue the official tweet.

no need to be sorry. People are understandably tense around score release. Some more so than others.

Has anyone ever compared the date on their score to the date they actually received it? ND state board e-mails ours out, and I think mine have consistently been dated a day or two earlier than when I've received it. Do you think the date on the score is the release date? So every one in the first BEC release has the same date on their score?

Probably Couldn't and Wouldn't Want To Pass Again!!

@numberguy – whatever works for you, man. I know that if it were me, personally, I wouldn't be able to focus on AUD if I knew that my BEC score was posted but I hadn't looked. I would just wanna get outta the exam ASAP so I could go check. But if you can handle not knowing and actually focus on your exam that afternoon, more power to you.

I know we're all tense about scores but I don't think a little friendly chatting is hurting anyone – also, how many times have we all read/had to respond to/read responses to “any chance NASBA will release tonight?” or “If AICPA sends to NASBA today – when will see our scores?” . Let's all just be kind and supportive of each other since we're all so tense and upset during this whole circus called the exam score release process.

    Best of luck to everyone.

I'm a CO candidate and just checked my score for the heck of it (yes, I know that no scores have been released) and noticed that the score page/site is different than it was in the last testing window. Perhaps that's a sign that NASBA and/or AICPA has indeed changed the way scores are released…hmmmm

@Kobe also per a phone conversation with CA last window. They only upload scores once a day @ 7:30ish AM

If it won't kill you to wait then by all means wait! I'm like crazycdn1012 and I have no patience/will power so I would have to look and either way would throw off my concentration. Just forget about it if you can and focus on AUD. I believe that focusing and not getting distracted/freaked out is half the battle on these tests.

    AUD - 78
    BEC - 74 (retake Jan. 2011)

Since I've been thinking about my score nonstop for the past 30+ days, I figured I should do some research on prior score results. I found a pretty neat report on the AICPA website, dated May 8, 2008. Report number W0802. Basically it reviewed score results since the beginning of the CBT era up to some point in 2007. At that time, over 154,000 unique individuals had taken the CPA exam. 48.11 percent of these people had sat for all 4 sections of the exam. Of these 48 percent of people who sat for all 4 sections, only 61.94 percent of them had passed all 4 sections. This means at that time only, 29.8% had passed all 4 sections.

This number is likely higher since passing rates have increased (but I doubt by much). Be proud that you are sitting for this exam and strive to be part of that 30-plus percent (guestimate) who ever pass all 4 sections.
