I just went to VA Board's website to live chat and it says they are unavailable. Tried to call office and went straight to VM. I don't want to wait another day because of a few measly inches of snow!!!

VA Board hasn't posted FAR and won't pick up the phone. Their phones are either busy or they left because of the snow (getting up to 5″ in Richmond today).

We are in very similar boats. I'm from MN and hoping AUD will be my last section.

Four or five people in my office are all waiting on scores, and none of has have seen anything about a MN release.

@jenustinova I was up at 3:30 am today to check and there was nothing in CA for FAR! I pray that we pass! This is the longest wait I have done. I got my 3 results so fast last time at around 5:30 after AICPA released the scores. Well I believe it will be another long day for us today!

BEC 2/8/10 - 75 (studied hard & prayed less)

@CPAinVA- I am in the same boat with MD!!! stupid snow!!! I dont understand why everyone is freaking out about it, esp in the DC/metro area. Oh well doesnt look like I will get any work done today..

I just wanted to come on and say thanks a million to Jeff for all that he does to keep us all a little more calm during this entire journey. I received my score in GA around midnight….and it was a PASS! I am also one that barely touched the SIMS–but felt pretty comfortable with the multiple choice and written communication. I have attempted FAR sooooo many times, with all of my scores hovering around 70. Each time…I never completed my SIMS. But I would always hear of other people managing to pass FAR–without completing THEIR SIMS and I longed to be one of THOSE groups of people (but never was…).

Well today–I am! I PASSED FAR with an 80!!! 😀 Which means….I've also passed the entire CPAexam! Such an awesome feeling! Good luck to everyone waiting. And to those who still have more to go…never give up. I've taken this exam (in total) more times than I even want to count! But my happy ending has come. Wishing you all the best! 🙂

Just spoke with someone at the ILBOE – he seemed to know what was going on. He said they received 2 batches of scores yesterday evening so some should be posted later today. He said there were issues with receiving the scores and they have not yet received all of them so some might not be available until next week. I think NASBA's new and improved score release has messed up the release of scores to indie states. But anyways, the point is to keep checking today as some *should* be available today.

@suzzette1 – i agree with you, i have taken the exam several times myself and have never seen CA release mid day, I usually got my scores early in the morning. Good luck to us waiting, hopefully the torture will end soon.
