Called the ILBOE again (because let's face it, this day is shot). The woman was super nice and said they still haven't received scores yet. She even went and asked her boss who confirmed that nothing has been received yet. So apparently it's not the ILBOE who is delaying the process, it's NASBA. In the grand scheme of things, waiting a day or two extra is no big deal. It's just frustrating when the technology is available to make something easy and fast but it's not being utilized to do so. C'mon, NASBA!!!!
