@mago20 – I am using the 2011 Becker material, 2011 Becker lectures and note cards. It seems there are not too many differences in the new material, just a few pass keys highlighting the difference between GAAP and IFRS.

Again, can anyone please let me know if I can use the Ohio Loophole in CO?

    REG: Passed,(expired 4/30/11), Passed - 87 (2/29/12)
    BEC: Passed,(expired 2/29/12), Scheduled May 2012
    FAR: 72,74,74(C'MON!), (Schedule 4/20/12)
    AUD: Passed

    @ countrychicken

I got all four sections on one NTS because the pressure would force me to get it done. I took all four plus another FAR between 1/1/10 and 5/26/10 and passed 3 sections, that gave me almost a whole year to get FAR done. If I got my NTS when I was “ready” and one section at a time, I'd be losing credits. Fast and Furious is the name of the game for me. 3 kids under the age of four, I can't be draggin this program out over 18-24 months. Git er done!!

    MASS - BEC 79, AUD 75, REG 80, FAR 71 FEB'10, FAR 71 JUN'10, FAR NOV'10 77 and I'm spent...

To those in MARYLAND – Where online do you go to check your score(s)? I want to make sure I'm going to the correct place. Is it https://www.dllr.state.md.us/license/cpa/cpaexam/ ????

I understand, it's a preference thing. I totally get it.

    Here's my loophole situation.

It has always worked for me in the past. I tried to reregister for an exam yesterday when I was waiting for BEC and FAR scores. I got the “we are sorry… still in process” message.

Failed BEC. Today I can register for BEC but not FAR on both the NASBA OH and SC pages.

The loophole only works if you are a NASBA state. But did they “fix” it?

I hope they didn't because that means I passed FAR but I'm trying not to get my hopes up.

Ohio loophole works if you try to reregister in a NASBA state only, everytime. Try Indiana, Minnesota and Missouri. They are old NASBA.

    B - 58, 78 (Expired), 76
    A - 57, 75
    R - 37, 49, 65, 71, 61, 87
    F - 61, 71, 77

Is the “advisory score” where your real score is posted? Why is it called advisory score?

    BEC - 84, REG - 87, AUD - 87, FAR - last day possible in 2010

    I'm rooting for you Wannabe!

But, again, MA is a NASBA state and it didn't work for me last time. Maybe it only WON'T let you reregister if you passed?

    BEC - 84, REG - 87, AUD - 87, FAR - last day possible in 2010

@CPA I had a score in the first wave of this quarter and the loophole still works. I haven't seen anything change with my OASIS, so maybe NASBA does have our FAR scores posted just yet I hope that we both pass!

    B - 58, 78 (Expired), 76
    A - 57, 75
    R - 37, 49, 65, 71, 61, 87
    F - 61, 71, 77
