aperri, I had the same situation too. I barely completed the first simulation, left the second one almost empty because I was running out of time and only did the writing portion. Regarding the MCQ's I came from a wordier first test let to a less wordier second and third ones. I still can't believe I passed!

    AUD 83 (04/18/10)
    REG 77 (07/03/10)
    BEC 79 (08/30/10)
    FAR 77 (11/27/10)

Can anyone explain why the highest BEC score I've ever seen is 90 but people take FAR and REG, don't even finish, and still get scores in the high 80's? How is this possible?

I swear I'm going to get a job with AICPA just to blow this scoring process wide open. I'm starting to feel like getting fired and slapped with a lawsuit would be sooooo worth it just to shed some light on exam scores.

AICPA – if you are reading this, please give me a passing REG score. I promise I will keep my mouth shut and keep drinking your kool-aid if you could just pass me. 🙂

@adman0214 – How are you studying for the new audit exam, I am also taking it in January

@blerg-that's what I was hoping. Y'day NASBA tweeted about BEC and AUD concurrently later in the day. My hope is the earlier FAR tweet might mean a second one this afternoon…

My REG NTS is 436, so, even if scores are released today, I wouldn't expect them to be uploaded until January at this rate.

anyone have 3 parts passed, waiting for far, and get the “other message” with the loophole?

Here is something I don't understand. Those of you that have NTS that are expiring, why pay for more then the one you know your taking at a time? Is it just to ensure you get a seat on the date/place you want? I never pay and get my NTS until I am sure I'm ready. I'm just wondering if I'm missing something.

@countnchickn: Personally I'm a goal oriented person. If I don't have a hard date to work towards… I will generally slack off. Thus I try to get my NTS early and set up the dates to take the exam. That way I have something to work towards. Personal preference, etc.

I don't even want to try the loophole. If I failed a 3rd time, I want the score to tell me, slap me with the score. The waiting is bad enough I don't want the added stress of the loophole crap

    MASS - BEC 79, AUD 75, REG 80, FAR 71 FEB'10, FAR 71 JUN'10, FAR NOV'10 77 and I'm spent...

    @aperri

Believe me -I knew the topics on the sims, yet I had to leave them due to time constraints -My MCQs were -Medium -V.Hard-Medium & I had only 45 mins left for the 2 sims -so I managed to do the 2 WCs on both sims. That was all.

I didn't expect a 75 leave alone a 80. So anything is possible in these exams -esp. FAR & REG.

You'll pass -do let us know.

    Loophole:

Guys, I would say it does not work. Maybe it did show the correct opportunity to retake/notretake and exam, but that might also have just been a fluke. Maybe it only works state by state, but I am in MA and it did NOT work for me last time. It allowed me to sign up for AUD, but I then found out I passed.

There are other people that have poste don here saying it didn't work also.

SO, I would say if you tried it and it lets you try to reregister, do let your hopes fall.

    BEC - 84, REG - 87, AUD - 87, FAR - last day possible in 2010
