So, the IL portal login page has been down for a good 45 minutes now. I am really hoping that when they get it back up, that my reg score just might be there.

soooo…I still don't understand the loophole…the section I just took is greyed out, but does this matter if scores haven't been released or does it just mean that I've already taken it and might have passed? Also, my state's score results page won't load…any thoughts???
