As of right now, nothing. Checked the loophole once I saw the tweet, still says “all sections are in process”.

CA is a non-NASBA state, also. It looks like score releases in order of Section ID don't apply to us. Or maybe it does only in Wave 2 for BEC, if the AICPA releases scores to NASBA on a Tuesday. I have no idea. I'd honestly like to know, though.

Anyone else notice this?

On the new score screen, you can hit a button that says “Candidate Main Menu” at the top. I clicked on it and there was a “Pay for CPA Examination”. I entered my info and it got to letting me choose which applications to complete, and the list was blank.

Is this possibly the new loophole?
