I've also heard of a lot of other people with similar stories about FAR, so don't lose hope yet!

Hey all, I took REG 11/27 and was wondering for those who passed or may know, is it curved at all? I realize FAR is pretty curved, and audit isn't. So whats the story for REG? Thanks!

@Tex – I had that experience. I thought I bombed FAR and then passed with an 82. I thought I did much better on AUD than FAR, yet I scored a 73.

Is anyone else already going insane over wave 2 releases? This was our last chance before 2011, and that makes me really nervous about my last one!

For those who can't watch the new video released today, I think the score release prediction is as follows:

December 14/15–BEC

December 16/17–AUD

December 20–FAR

December 21–REG

Although there was kind of a “joke” about AUD and REG being in opposite positions…. this video was a little goofy, so watch it later to understand. 🙂

@ Peter.. all the exams are curved. It depends on how well other people did on that exam during that window. Not to mention certain questions are not used in the grading. Lots of different factors

FAR is my last section. I really hope to have passed it so I don't have to deal w/ IFRS.

Anyone notice any different grading in this window? Thats the one thing I'm worried about. I heard for REG though that its a pretty big curve. My friend thought he did terrible and ended up with somewhere in the 90's range. I dont think anyone walks out of those exams with a good feeling.

I took FAR on the 24th. It made for a tiring Thanksgiving, that's for sure. I have found that when I walk out of an exam and think I've passed, I usually failed. Conversely I've had the experience with BEC that I knew that I failed and ended up passing. With Audit and Reg however I walked out and felt nothing, just a hollow feeling and a need to get something to eat. When i've gotten this score I've gotten in the 80s. Oddly, I came out of FAR and had that empty feeling, and need to get something to eat. The further away from FAR, the better I feel about it… If I passed, it's my last one. If I didn't… well I have one shot in January before losing BEC. Arg.
