kandisjoy – I am studying for FAR right now. This will be my first time sitting for FAR. I plan on taking REG again at the end of next test window if needed. My Becker is expiring in December. I need to pass before the end of the year. I hope we both pass this ugly thing called REG. I am hoping our instints are wrong. I haven't heard anyone say they felt good coming out of the exam.

I felt the same! Must have had the same exact exam. I left there thinking that 2 of the sims were more FAR related than REG. The MCQ were fair but difficult but the sims were intentionally cruel. I have chosen to forget that day entirely….just waiting on my score and praying.

I took REG on 8/6. I hardly remember the details (a nice aftereffect) but generally felt like the air was let out of all of my tires. The sims will be my downfall.

Trying to keep up appearances though—-my husband is sooo happy that I am taking my last exam tomorrow. Don't want to let the air out of his tires too!!!

Crossing my fingers and hoping we all come out with a win.

@futurecpa, Happen4reason & yankee – Good luck to all of you. Maybe everyone did awful on these questions, so they will be graded super liberally and we'll pass. That's my hope.

And yankee, you're a lot nicer than I am. I called my fiance as soon as I got out of the testing center and told him what happened. Poor guy has to share in my misery.

Well I just took my first CPA exam (BEC), so this whole “waiting” game is new to me. I don't like it, I don't like it one bit. I just bought a six-pack of some really good local craft beer as a temporary fix…but we still have several weeks left! Someone wake me up when September ends. Wait…that's a song.
