Basically what that message means is that Wisconsin will not release any scores until all parts of the exam have been released by the AICPA to NASBA. Then after all parts have been released, the board ratifies them, I have no idea what that all entails. Once the board ratifies them the scores will then be posted. They really like to drag out the process.
For the last score release I was waiting on two parts, one of which was AUD and my score was e-mailed shortly after NASBA received it from the AICPA. However, once REG was released by the AICPA to NASBA my score wasn't posted or e-mailed after two days so I e-mailed someone who works in the licensing department for the Wisconsin state board and she said basically it was a mistake a NASBA's part that they released my audit score before all other parts had been released to Wisconsin. So basically the state board of Wisconsin makes this process 1,000,000 times worse than other states by refusing to let NASBA release scores on a part by part basis. And instead waiting for all parts to be released before the scores are sent to candidates. Hope this helps.
