hav2pass – Congrats on your great scores too! Not quite sure about any secret, just lots of miserable days locked in the library. I studied with the Becker live class that my school offered. All four sections from May 2 through June 18, with FAR and AUD both in May, so basically a chapter a day with every 4th day off. 4.5 hours of lecture from 2-6:30 PM then as many multiple choice as I could do before bed (usually 1-2 AM) then wake up, finish MC and go to another lecture. Not for the faint of heart. I also was a Finance/Accounting undergrad and rolled straight into my fifth year for the Masters in Accounting, so I credit a lot to things been very fresh in my mind. But unlike many others I was lucky that studying that was my full time job! I am so impressed at the people who juggle it all and have real responsibilities. Here's to hoping my luck holds out because I'm working full time now and can't imagine studying like that again!

@Vern, I've gotten the “We are sorry. Currently all sections of this exam are still in process.” for the past few months. I think it just means there's nothing else you can register for, basically. It could be if you're down to your last section(s), you basically cant get an NTS so it shuts it out.

for OASIS I get: “All or some sections of your Notice to Schedule (NTS) have been attended but scores have not been received.” https://onlineapps.nasba.org/oasis/cpaesOasis.php

Thank you very much!!! Honestly I thought I failed the exam, I studied very hard on the calculations but my exam was mostly theory, but some how i passed (no idea how they grade this thing).

I only used Becker. I studied for about 12 days. I did one chapter per day reading and taking my own notes and doing all of the MC questions. Once I finished the 5 chapters i did it a second time. The last two days before the exam i just read my notes.

If your using Becker make sure you go through the ancillary material.

@ CPA FOR MOM – I exclusively used Becker, but I did the lectures, read every chapter (including ancillary) and worked all the MC (maybe skipped a few supplemental) and did the SIMS. I also had just finished my MSA and had friends all studying at the same time that were great resources to clarify topics and bounce questions off of. Good luck on your first section, that's definitely the hardest because you have no idea what to expect no matter how prepared you are!
