matt, I thought the ohio loophole didn't work until after the AICPA releases scores to NASBA? I am so excited to try it this time being my (hopefully) last exam but haven't even looked at it yet.

    FAR- 77
    AUD -49, 71, 84
    REG -56,75!
    BEC -75

You're right, I just have been trying because I'm so very antsy. Anywho, it had been saying that “All sections are still in progress,” but now it's letting me register. I guess the message change kinda freaked me out.

    I hate this process.

    FAR - 86
    AUD - 78
    BEC - 84
    REG - 68, 67, 8/4

False alarm. It's back to the “All sections still in progress” message. I'm jumping at shadows.

I took BEC (07/26) & FAR (08/31) during the last testing window. I'm in Nevada and I understand that Nevada is an early release state. Does anybody have any idea as to when the scores may be released? It's killing me!

No kidding. I hate the CPA candidate version of me. CPA-Matt is impatient, quick to get angry, doesn't enjoy the stuff he usually does… he's actually kind of a dickhead.

    FAR - 86
    AUD - 78
    BEC - 84
    REG - 68, 67, 8/4

Where does it tell you that “all sections are in progress”, every time I try to look at scores it just says no scores available, and when I check to see if it lets me re-register on NASBA, it just goes to back to the grayed out choices to pick an exam.

I don't understand why it is still taking so long to get scores since everything is computerized except ofcourse for BEC part 2. This is torture.

Peanut: “@SeanHath, nice score jumps. Anything major you did differently?”

@Peanut, The only major thing I did differently was got the heck out of public accounting. I used Becker/Bisk to study while i was at JONF, which were excruciating. When I was not working 15 hour days anymore, I bought the NINJA notes and used the MCQs from Bisk. For REG (hopefully the last time I ever set foot in Prometric) I used Yaeger and the NINJA notes.

I've got my fingers, toes, and eyes crossed for this coming score release!!

Does anyone know what date you need to take the exam by next quarter to get your scores released in the 1st wave? I heard that they are going to go back to releasing the scores in two different waves. I have only taken tests in 2011 so not really sure how this works and am trying to plan incase I didn't pass my final test – waiting on AUD!

    Thanks!

    Relevant portion:

    Q. When can I expect to receive my scores after October 2011?

    A. During the 2006-2010 testing windows , candidate scores were released in two rounds: The first round approximately one week before the end of the testing window, and the second approximately two weeks after the end of the testing window. In addition, not all candidates who tested early in a window were eligible for the first round of score release. Candidates who took test forms with new test content that required additional analysis and review before scoring were not eligible for the first round of score release.

With CBT-e, improvements have been introduced into the process. Beginning with the October/November 2011 testing window, scores will be released faster and more frequently.

The first round of score release will be approximately one month after the beginning of the testing window. Subsequent score releases will be made every two weeks after the initial release.

In addition, with very few exceptions (see below), candidates who test early in a window will be eligible for the first round of score release.

    Q. Are there any differences in score release by Exam section (AUD, FAR, REG, BEC)?

    A. Yes. Candidates who take the BEC section may get their scores in a subsequent release due to additional analyses that may be required for the written communication tasks. Also note that written communication tasks now appear in the BEC section only.

SOOOOO hard to study for REG right now, Need Scores ASAP, Functioning at any sort of level is near impossible. I wish I could set my phone up to auto reply to ppl asking me how I did to, “Leave me alone, I don't know yet, your not helping by asking”

    B - 80 - 07/25/2011
    A - 86 - 08/31/2011
    R - 80 - 10/14/2011
    F - 80 - 11/30/2011
