Do the grades always post the following morning after NASBA sends out the message that the AICPA released the scores? My last grade became visible early the following morning. I am in Massachusetts if that matters.

Not necessarily. I've gotten three scores in an afternoon/evening here on the West coast, one appeared at 2 in the morning, and some the following morning.

Trying to find a pattern with any of this is an exercise in futility.

TX isn't a NASBA state so the scores aren't posted on the NASBA site. Instead, you have to use the state site. TX only posts scores in a batch process between midnight and 4:00am during which time the site is down. Posting occurs about 36 hours after NASBA announces that they are releasing scores, but this isn't a firm guarantee. The shortest wait for me was under 24 hours and the longest was 5 days. However, that included the weekend, and they only post M-F mornings. Hope this helps. It could be worse. There are some states that still use snail mail.
