This is the first time I will be receiving a score and am very confused by all the places people are searching.

How is OASIS different from the website used to check your scores (assuming you live in a state where you can check them online)? Also, I read the post that said the Candidate Number is synonymous with Jurisdiction number, but where do you find that number? I can't find anything of the sort on my NTS.

@aanderson04 The OASIS is not for checking scores. This is it:

    https://onlineapps.nasba.org/oasis/cpaesOasis.php

It's pretty much used if you're checking on the status of an application for the issuance of a new NTS. It asks you for Candidate/Jurisdiction number and this is a number (6digits i think?) that is given to you when you first apply for the CPA exam (like when you 1st applied to your state board. It is NOT listed on the NTS). You might need to remember your Candidate/Jurisdiction if you're going to register or re-register for an exam section NTS, but I don't think it's necessary because a soc. security # and your birthdate should work. if you don't have the Candidate/Jurisdiction#, you could contact NASBA (I think?)

But to check scores, all you need is the NTS #/Section ID (which you have) and the birthdate:

I think it's a little more than a crazy couple days…I am in a frenzy…these results may make or break me.

I ahve already begun checking my scores even though there is zero chance that they have been posted:(

@Allyson – Your height would actually be an advantage. In roller derby, you aren't allowed to hit people above the shoulders (and other places as well). It can be really hard to hit a short person because they are so low and you have to be careful not to hit them too high. You should try it out! Roller derby is a blast and the girls you meet in derby are amazing. 🙂

Seriously Peanut, you should try it!!! Especially if you move to Texas… that's where the roller derby revival started back in 2003. They have awesome leagues out there.

OASIS hasn't changed for me yet. I really hope that doesn't mean anything. NASBA doesn't have the scores yet and shouldn't know anything about who passed or who failed but I can't help getting discouraged. Without a passing score I'm going to lose FAR. UGH! 🙁

Same here Kricket – my FAR expires October 15th. I've submitted a new application to CA just in case I fail… maybe the turn around will be quick enough for me to reschedule if I failed.

The nice thing is that the California Board of Accountancy will refund my $50 reapplication fee if I end up not needing to retake REG. I was kind of surprised at that.

    FAR: 71, 77
    BEC: 70, 82
    AUD: 62, 78

Dying to know my results, too. I am hoping and praying for a passing grade. A failing grade would mean losing REG and retaking FAR! Please say a prayer for me…

    BEC: pass
    REG: pass
    AUD: pass
    FAR: pass
