    I dropped the remote (yep that's right, watching tv!!!) and had to search under the couch for it. Guess what I found? FAR notecards ( and a bunch of dust bunnies!). Don't know how long they have been there. Should have started cleaning since I took my last exam on 8/30, but then there was the celebratory “have to do nothing” day or two, then came the holiday weekend and aha…here I AM.

    Used to be productive, had to when studying, but besides the perfunctory stuff, I am just doing the doggy paddle.

    Going to make tomorrow different. If you are waiting on your last score(s) …..what are you doing while waiting?????

    I have a question for u guys? I know that i wont get results before the last week of september but i will start loosing my credits from 23rd sept. So my question is if I get results and I pass in my last exam after the expiry date does it mean I will get my lost credit again or I wont loose in first place if I pass?

    Soontobecpa — that would be INSANE if they did that! you can't control when the scores are released so you can't control what date you lose credit or the date you get your final score. While I don't have any official knowledge, I don't think the AICPA is that cruel. I think you're fine. Good luck with the wait!

    REG -- October 3!!
    FAR -- Pass
    BEC -- Pass
    AUD -- Pass

    @soontobeacpa2

    Your expiration is based on the date you took the exam, not the date you receive your scores. Also, I think it's weird that your expiration date falls in a dead month. Am I thinking about this correctly?

    AUD: 92 (10/2011)
    BEC: 82 (7/2011)
    FAR: 55 (8/2010); 88 (8/2011)
    REG: 62 (8/2009); 87 (1/7/12)
    DONE!

    All of my expirations fall in a dead month…so that's not weird to me.

    took 5 years but I'm DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Putting the rumor mill to bed…

    Confirmed: Hurricane Irene will not delay score releases for the majority of the candidates. At worst, only the candidates whose exams had to be rescheduled will be affected

    Could that be something that TX does differently? When I started getting my scores I noticed that the expiration date was 18 months from the date TX received the scores rather than 18 months from when I took the exam. I thought it was odd but didn't pursue it.

    @kb24-

    Yeah mine is from the date that Texas received the scores….never put much thought into it really. I hopefully won't have to worry about it to be honest…

    I've gotten 3 or 4 tweets from NASBA today, none of which were score related.

    The last one was quoting Bill Cosby. Puh-leez.

    I wish I could just wake up and it be 2 weeks from now.

    @Allyson – I do too. I also have my first bout (roller derby game) on Sept 17th, which gives me knots in my stomach just to think about! So there's another reason I wish I could time travel. 🙂

    @keeptrying – Thanks! Derby is a lot of fun, and a lot of hard work. I've already had my share of bumbs and bruises but nothing broken *yet*. I'll do my best to keep safe. 🙂

    I would love to Roller Derby!!! I'm only 5 feet tall though. Would they toss me around like a rag doll?

    Allyson & Kandis, I saw the Bill Cosby quote and thought of you two. Can you imagine if we made a drinking game out of irrelevant NASBA tweets?

    on a side note, my exam was 2 weeks ago today and I am still overwhelmingly EXHAUSTED. Whats up with that? Is it that my body will no longer function without an adrenaline rush?

    AUD -49, 71, 84
