    I failed Audit…

    Should I study FAR before taking AUD?

    I found many questions related FAR on AUD exam.

    California candidate. Received score at 5am today.

    @ rainbow – That is my plan. I just found out that I failed with a 64. Pretty disappointing considering I felt pretty strong going into the test. I haven't received my score report yet but I'm pretty sure it was the SIMS that did me in as I could definitely tell that my testlets got harder and recognized a lot of the questions after going through thousands of practice ones. I saw FAR related material on my SIMS so I am planning study for that first and maybe take another swing at AUD next window.

    To all taking AUD, I had about 2 hours going into the sims. I was able to use the authoritative literature to help me answer all but 1 tab. Don't forget to use that as a resource. It's invaluable, I think!

    And I do agree that knowing FAR material can help with AUD. I had 1 tab in my AUD sim that definitely used my FAR knowledge to get me through!

    I tried to save as much time as possible for the same reason. That tab is a game changer. Theoretically you should be able to answer or (come close to answering) just about anything in the sim's with that tab given enough time. Easier said than done however, too much information within the literature and they're crafty in developing questions.
