Just found out I failed Audit (awesome) and I'm still waiting on my BEC score. I am on my second week studying for FAR but I don't know what to do now? Stop FAR and go back to AUD? Or just continue on with my orginal plan. Any advice?

thanks. really starting to set in. I thought I was done studying. Now I am really worried about my REG score. I am getting more bummed by the minute. Somehow I lost that “I can do it, no prob” that I felt when I found out. It is just that my score was the lowest score I have had on any exam. I have no idea what happened. Still waiting on my score report.

sorry! I got the same news this morn. Not a great way to start the weekend. I may not be the best person to ask this, but I will try: for me, I am not good at changing directions, so that said, I would continue with FAR and then plan the rest depending on the BEC score. Is there a way to squeeze in Audit after FAR? Jeff started a post a while back about studying for 20 days?!

Hope that helps a bit. We have all been where you are at, no fun at all. But I can say from experience that when that passing score comes, it will be all the more sweeter!

Oh yes, I got one research question on my passing AUD exam with 78. I guess that blows that conspiracy theory that 1 research question = failure.

@yankeeaccountant if it makes you feel better my lowest score ever was a 58 🙁 probably doesn't make you feel better though. Maybe you should spend a day pampering yourself, do things that make you feel good. You just found out your score so it's normal to not have that “I can do this!” right away. Give yourself a little time, you will rebound, I know you really want this-the motivation will come back!!

bummer. I am so sorry. I know how it feels. Let yourself have a day to mourn (maybe even 2!) and then get back to it. You are right at the finish line don't give it up. You can do it. I am saying that to you and also to myself. Dust yourself off when ready and hammer at it!
