No clue regarding the release times as this really seems to be an amateur type of operation, they obviously have to seed their random number generator in order to get precisely their targeted pass/fail rates of between 45-55%
Nature dictates that there should be naturally occurring fluctuations in the pass rates but somehow they manage to keep it right in the target zone, quarter over quarter
This fact, combined with the delayed (not instantaneous, even thought it is a CBT Computer Based testing) score computation, leads me to believe that the whole freakin' thing is totally rigged
I read an article not too long ago that speculated that the pass-fail rate is actually determined by the number of retiring CPAs in any given year and that drives the number of FRESHLY MINTED cpa license that the Aicpa can produce.
Sort of like, quota system
