Historically, it tends to be in order with regard to NTS number. Additionally, it seems that tests are released in this order: AUD, FAR, REG, BEC. Once one test is released, there is usually a short break and then score uploads for the next test begin. This is just a general rule of thumb, but I hope it helps.

AUD - 84
BEC - 78
REG - 72, 73, 75
FAR - 73, 76
