This may sound silly, but this advice to myself help me with financial management. Make sure you discount EVERYTHING* to the present value. Always ask yourself, if there is something you should have discounted, and did you calculate it net of tax. Those two questions will almost ensure that you get any financial management calculation question correct.
And practice. I have to admit, my BEC score is a fluke. If I had the opportunity to take it 10 more times, I would have gotten lower than a 75 each time. I can't really give you advice. I was lucky to have gotten the questions.
