So I know we are not are not NASBA states, but this website is actually pretty useful https://nasba.org/exams/news/. They seem to update relatively quickly once they have relased the scores. Could help to give us a decent gauge

I honestly walked out of the test feeling pretty terrible. Mainly because of the SIMs, I ran out of time on my last problem. Three of the SIMs were on areas I was not very strong with so that basically threw me off. The last problem was extremely long and of course was a problem I had never seen so when I noticed there was only 2 minutes remaining, I just started filling in numbers. This was my first time taking FAR so who knows at this point.

How about you? How do you feel about the test?

@terpcpa I feel okay about it, but that's probably just because it isn't my first rodeo. I've already failed this twice, so at this point while I don't want to have to retest I just don't feel like it would be earth shattering if I didn't pass. I thought the sims this go round weren't too bad aside from that one really REALLY long problem. I'm not sure if we are talking about the same one, and I know we aren't supposed to discuss these things in detail, but I was actually pretty surprised that they even put something that long on there. I thought the MCs were pretty standard, not fun by any means, but there was nothing ridiculous on there. Also… do you feel like your MC's were largely theory based? I didn't have a lot of calculations which I thought was odd.

Surprisingly my 2nd testlet was filled with calculation problems. I felt like 2/3 of that testlet was calculation problems. It was pretty frustrating.

I just called ND BoA and they told me to expect Monday or Tuesday notice if scores come from NASBA today.

    That sucks!

Does anyone from Illinois know how much longer it usually takes to get our score from the IL BOE website? My first CPA exam May31.

CPAimONmyWAY, IL usually posts on Saturday or the day after NASBA, usually around 11-12. But last time mine got grouped with the next score release because I took it on the second to last day of the testing window. Just thought I'd mention that since you took it the last day it seems. If the testing center doesn't send the scores in by a certain time this can happen…I'm not sure if my experience was a fluke or what but just a heads up because I wait waiting and waiting and mine didn't come with the right release.

@CPAimONmyWAY – When they had the score release at the begining of Qtr 2 I took my BEC exam on April 1st and scores were supposed to release May 5th. Every other state got their scores May 2nd or 3rd. Illinois did not post them until sometime Monday morning on score release day. I took my REG exam May 30th and I'm hoping I'm not waiting until Monday again. But I have seen Illinois post on a Saturday, it all depends. Lets hope Illinois will post Saturday, that would be nice.

If anyone was wondering about CA, I called them just now. They said scores could be released as early as today but as late as “way after Monday”… so not too helpful but gives me a little hope there's a chance I could get my score today

The lady also mentioned BEC normally takes a week longer. Not sure if that's only California/all Indie states. I'm brand new at this score release thing..

    Good luck!

Oh California. Well, perhaps the “way after Monday” is for BEC. Let's hope REG is TODAY. I gotta know!

FAR 10/03/13 86 (have no clue how I managed that)
    BEC 10/31/13 83
    AUD 01/10/14 92
    REG 05/20/14 94
