Yeah I was going to take it in January and over the weekend I had some ridiculous notion that I should just take it today since they extended the window. So I have one week of studying in. Dumb.

What's the meaning of the first 3 numbers. Mine were 494 for BEC but what is that supposed to mean?

@JD2CPA: I'm so glad that I've never had a score release on the same day of the exam. Those last couple hours before test are that super duper short term memory that I try to memorize a few things for the exam. Granted, IMO the process has, at best, only netted me a question or two based on what I remember…but that could be the difference in a “74/75” scenario…

@drewberrymuffin– when I look at someone with consistent passing scores like you (which are basically the same as mine once I got becker), I automatically think “oh, (s)he'll definitely pass that last one!” but when it comes to my own scores, I just can't believe that. I also use other people's scores to try to predict my own… “well if drewberry got a 91 on REG, and an 86 on AUD, maybe I'll pass!”

I don't know if any of y'all do that. I also really don't know why I'm still talking. Just anxiously blathering on I suppose.

REG and FAR at the same time or just really accelerate your REG studies?

@khartwell – I would take cute puppy videos too…maybe puppies and kittens in the same video! That would be so much better to pass the time than trying to be productive at work!

I try to accomplish something and then reward myself by checking the score page. This afternoon will probably be slightly less productive!

@abacus- I just took BEC last week and started REG right after. I was killing the practice tests over the weekend so I decided to go for it. Although I'm an attorney and have 10 years of tax experience so if there is any test I can wing it on, it's this one. Good luck to you today too!

@MACPAPLZ– basically they release the tests in numerical order by section. For example, if they release all the REG exams first, within the REG release, they release the REG 485 tests before the REG 486 tests, etc. Does that make sense?
