What a disappointment…NO SCORES TODAY! Now I have to wait at least two more days or until Monday to get my score. Unless ILBOA will finally get its act together and release scores on the SAME day as NASBA. Why is it so hard to post the scores? What is this process that take two plus weeks to post scores? Let's get real folks…these are computerized exams the score should be instant! Throw me a bone here.

Thanks…I only feel a little better now that I got that off my chest!

    REG 80
    BEC 71, 80
    FAR 76
    AUD 67, 83

I expect to see my scores by noon tomorrow which is the trend for my other scores. Hopefully, I am right. I assume that the examiners have to Audit our score and decide on the appropriate opinion to render considering the evidence.

I am taking auditing next, so humor me a little. Plus, I work in IT and it does take hours for computers to process tests. Think that there are probably over 10,000 tests being scored? Plus, add that if some of the Prometric centers did not send the data at once or on time. Plus the tests are released in batches. You get the picture. Hopefully, tomorrow we will know. But we WILL know eventually!

@Jinze88 I took BEC on 11/21. So my exam fell into 45 days to close of window. The old close of window was November 30th so six business days after the 30th is December 10th. I have heard people say that sometimes the scores are released early. I was hoping that I would not have to wait until Monday. I cannot even go off the NASBA timetable because ILBOA is the worst Board of Accountancy in the country. I HATE ILBOA! HAHA

@beechcrest Honestly I don't see why the whole process isn't a little faster. I don't see how a computer cannot score an exam instantaneously especially when most of the exam is multiple choice. I would think that the answers would be stored in a database or something and the computer could bang out a bunch of scores. The practice exams in Becker are graded with a click of the mouse. Why isn't the CPA exam like that? Batch processing is pretty archaic. I would also think that NASBA could afford OLAP considering the exams cost about $250 a pop. 10,000 exams every period…that's a cool 2.5 million. Where does that money go? I just want to get my score so I can concentrate on auditing. Fingers crossed…my final exam!

    REG 80
    BEC 71, 80
    FAR 76
    AUD 67, 83

Yeah @Patrick272, I bombed the reg sims big time. Could not find the research question, and 2 sims that I had were not even covered in my review material. It would not have mattered if I had studied more.

    BEC - 77 July / Aug 2012
    Reg - 56 30th Nov 2012 . Re-take Jan 4th 2013 - 78
    AUD - 73 October 2012, Re took it on Feb 1st 2013 - 76

I've been out-of-town all day with no way to check on scores. I came home hoping to see that I had passed BEC. I'm bummed. I was hoping to do the happy dance.

I'm in CA too but took the exam on the last day of the window, November 30. Could I expect my score Saturday (Dec 8) as well or will it take longer?

This wait is killer….it's hard to concentrate studying on other section until i know I find out if I passed FAR
